I love note cards, stationary, and note pads. I tend to write a lot of notes whether it be sending a card to a loved one or maybe just to the hubby, I have a great collection of note cards. I also have a great selection of note pads because it seems I am always making a list for something whether it be for groceries or to remind myself of something, which trust me is all of the time. There's also nothing better for me than a nice thank you note card to let someone know just how much you appreciate someone and the help that they may have provided to you. I found an absolutely wonderful selection of note cards at a great little shop called Wimzie Prints. I was sent the cutest set of 8 note cards in some of Wimzie Prints most popular prints. I absolutely can tell you that I love these cards already because the envelopes are so colorful, bright and like pretty spring colors. The cards themselves are absolutely adorable. The paper is really thick and durable and would definitely hold up to any kind of writing utensil you decided to use to write on them. I received some Thanks, and Thank you note cards with designs such as little birds in a tree, butterflies and dragonflies. I also received a friends cards with two little bees on it and a couple of cards with birds in a cage. I love the variety of cards that Wimzie Prints has to offer, they really have some great styles to fit whatever you may want and need. The artist and creator of Wimzie Prints is Tanya and when you get a chance to look at her cards, yo will be able to tell just how extremely talented she is. She really does a wonderful job in creating eye-catching cards that are colorful and special. She has been making greeting cards and stationary for her family and friends since childhood. Tanya is a graphic designer and is really great at what she does for sure. This was a cute little tidbit that I found on the Wimzie Prints site: Wimzie Prints Cards have been spotted on the set of the ABC show Castle. I have never watched this show but I thought that was really neat! I can't wait to order more cards from Wimzie Prints in the future.

Printing locally cuts down on waste and pollution that would have been generated through shipping, plus it contributes to the local economy. I carry a sketchbook in case inspiration strikes. Many ideas come out of necessity. I often create a card for a specific person or occasion only to discover it seems to appeal to everyone." Tanya always designs from her sketches, refining those with a relevant concept. She inks the final drawing, scan it, and add color, texture and other design elements digitally. Sometimes she uses watercolor and collage techniques for a more hands on approach.
