Total Fitness DVD's Review and Giveaway

I have really been trying to lose weight and get fit this year.  Every year on December 31, I make the same New Year's Resolution, to lose the weight that has plagued me all of my life and get healthy so I can be around for my family.  I am usually good for a couple of weeks, maybe a month, but then I cave into my cravings for soda and fast food and go right back to my semi-unhealthy lifestyle.  My husband bought us all a Nintendo Wii with a few of the Fit Games like EA Sports Active and the Biggest Loser.  I find myself having a really hard time watching The Biggest Loser on TV because I get so jealous that they not only have the motivation to lose all of that weight, but that I am not on their getting my butt kicked into gear to do it myself.  When I see people who have struggled with weight like I have shed all of the pounds and look and feel great, I get so upset and downright depressed.  My friend all throughout my life struggled with her weight all throughout school.  About 5 years ago, she had enough and lost 140 pounds and has kept it off.  She looks absolutely amazing and I am extremely proud of her and all that she has accomplished in her life.  I had the wonderful opportunity to review a couple of great DVD's from Total Fitness DVD's recently.  Keeping with the whole theme of The Biggest Loser (my hubby really likes watching the show), I chose The Biggest Loser:The Workout Cardio Max and The Biggest Loser:The Workout Power Sculpt DVD's.  I was excited to try these DVD's because they both had Jillian and Bob in them and we all know what they can do.  Plus I felt a little more comfortable being able to work out in my home alone rather than heading to a gym where everyone watches everything you do.  The Power Sculpt DVD is a 6 week program for maximum weight loss and included 3 levels of workouts that you can also customize.   It also features some of the other winners and runners up of the popular hit show that have won their battles against the bulge and now want to help you achieve your goals as well.  My hubby and I worked out together with the Power Sculpt DVD and let me tell you it is definitely a workout.  I felt pain in muscles I never even knew I had, or hadn't used in a while.  I definitely felt the difference in how I felt in the week that I did these workouts.  The Cardio Max is also a great workout to really get your heart pumping.  You may use hand weights with both of these DVD's but they are no required.  If you want to reach your weight loss goals, I highly recommend both of these DVD's in conjunction with each other for the absolute best results.  I have lost about 5 pounds in the little time that I have used these DVDs.  By no means do I work out everyday, I have had to take my time to ease into these a little bit because of the workouts itself.  I can't wait until the day that I will be able to take the next step to levels 2 and 3, then I know that I am on my way to a better me!

Total Fitness DVDs are just not for fitness DVDs, they are your total source for fitness and wellness media.  They also have a great selection of fitness kits and equipment such as resistance bands, core balance balls, yoga mats and so much more.  They also have a great selection of children's workouts, which is extremely beneficial in getting our kids fit and active.  Total Fitness DVDs also have a selection of instructional Martial Arts and Self Defense DVDs.  I also love that they have Weekly Specials where you can get some of the best DVDs at special discounted prices.  You can choose from many fitness instructors including Billy Blanks, Jillian Michaels, Richard Simmons, and so many more.  For more information and to check out all of the wonderful products that Total Fitness DVDs has to offer, please head over HERE.  Free shipping in the US on orders over $19.00 and reduced shipping for International Orders.  With over 1,025 titles in stock, you are to sure to find exactly what you are looking for.
