Presents For Purpose Review and Giveaway

I love wearing necklaces, I have a couple of special ones that mean a lot to me.  I have never really considered myself a jewelry person though,  I like to keep it simple: earrings, definitely my wedding rings and almost always some kind of necklace.  My oldest daughter and hubby got me a necklace a few years ago with Mom on it and that is my favorite necklace to wear along with my cross necklace that was given to me by my mother in law a couple of months ago.  It was her mother's necklace and really meant a lot to her.  I wear it to church every Sunday and usually always to choir practice or whatever church function I seem to attend.  I came across a company that means a lot to me and I am sure it will to you too.  It's called Presents For Purpose and it is a great business that has a wide range of not only jewelry, but apparel, belts, stationary, and so much more.  First a little bit about how Presents For Purpose works.
Whenever you purchase a gift whether it be jewelry, accessories, or anything from the gift collections, you will have the opportunity to pick your favorite charity listed from the affiliated organizations.  Presents For Purpose will give a portion of the proceeds from your sale (the amount will also appear on each product page) to the charity of your choosing.  Specialty items that are featured in the Presents For Purpose SPOTLIGHT are designated to create a deeper level of awareness for the outstanding work that a certain charity has accomplished.  Each SPOTLIGHT includes inspiring stories, information, and/or testimonials together with a stylish and meaningful item that captures the spirit and meaning of the organization.  All of the Presents For Purpose items are attractively packaged with an informative card about their company.  Some of the wonderful charities that are supported include:
*Blythedale Children's Hospital
*Breast Cancer Network of Strength
*B*Cured
*CancerCare
*First Book
*First Candle/SIDS Alliance
*Grassroot's Soccer
*Joan's Legacy
*Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
*Lymphoma Research Foundation
*Operation Smile
*tay-bandz
*Teen With A Dream
*The Creative Coalition
*The Greg Wolf Fund
*Trees For the Future
*VOA/Operation Backpack
*Warner Foundation

I was sent a really beautiful hand-stamped Peace necklace with a Dove charm on it for review.  First of it, it was very beautifully wrapped, almost too pretty to open it.  When I did open the box, I was really flattered to have received such a wonderful piece of jewelry.  I love necklaces with longer chains and this delivered.  The dove charm is dainty and looks gorgeous when paired with the hand-stamped Peace circle.  This necklace is perfect to wear everyday if you'd like or on special occasions.  I let my oldest daughter wear it to church just the other day and she told me that she really liked it.  I'm sure she would like me to give it to her, but I will stick with letting her borrow it once in a while, I really don't want to give this necklace up.  It is also silver, which as you all have probably heard me say once or twice, I love silver jewelry.  The only gold jewelry that I own is my wedding rings.  This is a high quality and highly crafted necklace that would look really great just on it's own or maybe layered with a shorter necklace or two.  I also felt really good knowing the background of the company and the truly remarkable things that they do for some truly awesome charities.  I wear this necklace myself quite often and absolutely love to show it off.  I have gotten a lot of compliments on this Peace with Dove necklace and have told a lot of my friends and family about Presents For Purpose.  Hope you all check them out and pick out something you love for someone you love and pick to support a great charity at the same time.  You'll be so impressed with their selection that you will have to order more than one thing!

Presents For Purpose was started by two courageous ladies that fought the battle against Hodgkins Disease.  They both became volunteers in fundraising and advocacy and wanted to give back to their community that was there to help them when they needed it.  It was then that they began developing unique ways for their friends and family to support the cause.  In 2002, they designed their first retail collection and those trendy watches sold out.  In 2005, an internet marketing professional joined the team, inspired by her friend's two-time struggle with breast cancer, she wanted to make a difference.  Now, Presents For a Purpose continues to thrive and allow it's customers to shop for a wide range of items and make a huge difference.  For more information and to see all the things that Presents For Purpose has to offer, head over HERE.
