South of France Review and Giveaway

I have said a lot of times before, I love trying new soaps and body washes, I love things that make me smell good! I had a chance to review some truly great products from a company called South of France. South of France is another company from Good Health Naturals that specializes in some great soaps, french milled soaps, body washes and lotions, things to make you look and smell your absolute best. I had the chance to review the Shea Butter Hand Soap. I put it in my bathroom for use and it is a really great soap with a light scent but makes your hands feel really soft during and after washing. I love using different kind of hand soaps, especially in my bathroom and South of France has a lot of different varieties of hand soaps from Green Tea to Lavender to Lemon Mint, they have something for all. I also was able to try out the Almond French Milled Soap. This had a really sweet scent to it and very nice to use on my skin. It made my skin feel soft and left a real clean feeling. South of France's French Milled Soaps are 100% Vegetable Oil based and contains soothing Shea butter. This soap lasts a long time too, I still have mine in the shower after a few weeks of using it. They are also infused with fragrances and essential oils and they also have a really rich lather so you know you are getting a complete clean from using this soap. The soaps are also cruelty free and made from a traditional recipe from Provence. I really love these soaps because the quality is definitely shown throughout each product that they have. I would recommend these soaps to anyone who is looking for something different without paying a high price.

South of France specializes in a different kind of delicious-luxurious bath products made with time honored French recipes. The best thing is is that they never test on animals. Their fragrances are carefully chosen for calming, soothing or invigorating properties and they offer one of the largest selection of fragrances on the market today. South of France's dedication to creating quality products has made them one of the number one selling natural bars in the country today. All of the soaps, lotions and body washes are made in small batches using natural ingredients. The body lotions are formulated to hydrate your skin as well as condition without the harsh chemicals and greasy feel. South of France uses a special blend of natural vegetable oils enhanced with Shea butter, olive oil and natural antioxidants in their lotions.

Four new fragrances are coming this fall: Cucumber Aloe, Magnolia Pear, Orange Ginger and Rosemary Mint. Good Health Naturals Snacks Review and Giveaway

I love snacks, all kinds of snacks, from popcorn to potato chips, if there's one thing my family and I love to do, we love to snack. That's why I was thrilled to review some of the great snacks that Good Health Naturals had to offer. The good folks at Good Health Naturals were VERY generous and sent me a large variety of their snacks, some in the big bags and some in snack size bags. I was really impressed and was pulling out each bag (it took me a couple of minutes!) to check and see what goodies there were. Right away, we all went for the Salted Peanut Butter Filled Pretzels, YUM! Even better, the pretzels are 100% Whole Wheat and made with 100% NATURAL Peanut Butter. They were very delicious and very flavorful. I think we blew through the bag relatively quickly. The next day during the football games, we had a chance to try the Organic Popcorn with a Hint of Sea Salt. This popcorn was so fresh and delicious and the little bit of salt on it was just enough to make it deliciously different. The freshest popcorn that I have ever tasted to come out of a bag. My daughter took some of the Cinnamon Apple Chips to school with her and naturally I had to sneak a sample of those so I could see what they tasted like, plus I had to be able to write up the review right? These were really good too, nice apple taste and a light cinnamon flavor. These snacks are all so delicious and the best part? They are really good for you. You can eat these snacks all of the time and not feel guilty. With the variety that Good Health Naturals has to offer, you won't get bored, you can always try something new. We were also sent some Humbles, which are Baked Hummus Chips in Olive Oil, Lemon and Feta flavor. I had never had hummus chips before and was a little nervous tasting them. Nothing to be nervous about, these were delicious and had an amazing flavor! We also received a few other bags of snacks, some I don't think we've even had a chance to try yet! Bottom line, if you want a great, delicious tasting and healthy alternative to snacking, head on over to Good Health Naturals-http://www.goodhealthnaturalproducts.com/
check out all of the great products that they have to offer as well as the great prices that they have and try some for yourself!
Good Health Naturals Products offers a great variety of products. IN addition to the products mentioned above, they also have Glories-which are sweet potato chips, Polenta Chips, the Humbles come in a variety of flavors, Veggie Chips and Stix, Olive Oil Potato Chips in a variety of flavors, and Avocado Olive Oil Potato Chips in a variety of flavors. There is definitely something for everyone!

Happy Belated Thanksgiving

Good evening all and hope you are having a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. I apologize for lack of updates and new reviews/giveaways not being posted the past couple of days. I have been quite sick with a little bug of some kind. Thanksgiving was quite hard to get through yesterday, I didn't get to eat nearly as much turkey as I like to on turkey day. I felt a little better today and am hoping another good night's rest will get rid of this thing once and for all. I hope to get up some goodies for you all tomorrow morning before heading out to my sisters house for our second Thanksgiving meal, hoping this one turns out a little better for me! I also have some winners to email and post. Hang in there with me, things will eventually get back to normal, I hope!

Cowgirls Chocolates Review and Giveaway

I recently had the opportunity to try some unique and delicious chocolates from a company called Cowgirl Chocolates. These aren't your ordinary everyday chocolates, these are WAY different. I was sent a sampler pack, a little taste of everything. Let me tell you, the packaging is very attractive. They came in the cutest red box, wrapped with ribbon and a little cowboy (or cowgirl) boot charm. Each piece of candy is wrapped in a different color of foil wrapper so and came with a little card, so you know what you're biting into beforehand. I love to share with my family, but once I opened up the box to see all of these pretty and neatly little wrapped candies, I had to have one! Of course, as excited as I was to try these little niblets, I didn't look at the card and bit into a Raspberry Dark Chocolate. It was delicious, but had a spicy bite to it. Now I know what you're thinking, spicy and chocolate, a weird combination. Not so! It was an explosion on the taste buds for sure. I was impressed with the flavors that were going on all at once. Little did I know that the truffle that I ate had some Cayenne Pepper in it. WOW! These little chocolates are truly delicious, perfect if you like sweet and spicy foods. Cowgirl Chocolates has a wide selection of different chocolates-some spicy like the one I had and they also have a Double Dark Chocolate, Hazelnut Milk Chocolate and Cappuccino Truffle that are all sweet and spicy. I had a chance to try them all and my favorite still went back to the first, the Raspberry Dark Chocolate. They also have a Habanero Caramel that is truly out of this world. If you love chocolates without the spice, Cowgirl Chocolates also had some mild truffles like Milk Chocolate, Ivory Orange, which is heavenly, and a Raspberry Lemon, which is really yummy! I really enjoyed reviewing these chocolates, absolutely divine!

The Cowgirl Chocolates story started in 1995, when Marilyn-the head cowgirl-took some time off from her art career to begin experimenting in her kitchen. The result was COWGIRL CHOCOLATES. Way back then, nobody was combining chocolate with spices. Marilyn and her crew called it the "Cowgirl Kick". The chocolates began to win awards in national competitions, they were featured on the Food Channel and CNBC and started to ship their chocolates around the world. Cowgirl Chocolates pioneering spirit caught on and other companies later joined the wagon train in spicy chocolate and candies.

Cowgirl Chocolates offer a wide range of products aside from the spicy and mild truffles. They also have candy bars,high-cocoa organic chocolate daisies, caramels, brittles, cocoa, special gift baskets, art and other gifts. You're sure to find something for everyone on your Christmas List.

If you have a special album playing, review your song list and allow the song titles to inspire your cocktails, ie. Peach Cider can be turned into “Cinema Paradiso” to match the beautiful duet of the same name on Joshua Bell’s new album At Home With Friends. Brilliant!”

APPETIZERS:

*Tip from Sandra: “If you’re facing a time crunch—pick party foods that are delicious and impressive, without being fussy. I recommend, Savory Bread Pudding and Fig and Port Tartlets—both of these tasty treats can be prepared before your guests arrive and served at room temperature.”

SIDE:

*Tip from Sandra: “Sometimes you need the culinary equivalent of a big warm hug. Praline Sweet Potato Casserole is a classic, comfort food creation that is baked to perfection.”

Ban T Shirts Review and Giveaway

I love wearing T Shirts, all different kinds with all different sayings and designs. There's nothing better to me than a comfortable t shirt and a pair of jeans or sweatpants to lounge around in. I had the opportunity to review a cool tee from Ban T Shirts. They specialize in political and organic tees in all sizes, colors and designs to fit everyone's style. I chose a cute Butterfly tee in a really nice shade of blue. The tee is made from Organic Apparel, but Ban T Shirts also has Royal Apparel, which according to Duncan at Ban T Shirts, keeps their shape better after several washes. My Butterfly tee was very comfortable and colorful. I wore it to my daughter's school function and she even commented on how well she liked it. This shirt is definitely so comfortable, you could sleep in it. I have a feeling this will be my favorite t shirt for a long time to come!

Ban T Shirts specializes in Political T-Shirts with progressive messages. They have an original and thought provoking range of shirts and apparel with big issues such as the environment, democracy, freedom, war and peace.
