As you all have heard me say a lot of times on my blog, I love decorative things. Pretty decorations, pictures, and my newest thing is the wall decals, anything that makes my home look and feel nice. I especially love candles and the scented oil plug in to make my home smell nice too. I was asked recently to check out Lil' Miss Crafty Pants shop and let me say she is mega-talented. She loves to make barn stars and they are just so darn cute! Shawna, who is the talented creator behind Lil' Miss Crafty Pants and Shawna Parks Photography, fell in love with the barn stars a few years ago and began to collect ones that she saw here and there. That's when she started to alter her own and the real love affair began. I love this little quote that she has on her Etsy shop page "You may order a star, but a package of happiness is what will arrive on your doorstep." From what I can see from her shop, this is so true. These stars are so colorful, so bright and vibrant, an would be a welcomed addition to any decor in your homes. I have seen barn stars around before, but nothing like these. I love the craftsmanship that Shawna uses to make these beautiful barn stars. Right now, she only has a few stars in her shop, but is in the process of making more, she has four in the works and also got some new, larger stars in stick that she is really excited to work on. My favorite star in her shop right now is the Cherry Limeade barn star, I absolutely love the colors used in it.

This altered metal barn star is 8 inches tip to tip. Each is a unique creation and no two are exactly the same. All stars are limited editions, signed by the artist. It will look great in the kitchen area, hanging from your potting bench, or welcoming guests into your front door.
This star is covered in high quality patterned paper from Cosmo Cricket. Each one is individually distress inked for that "found" feel then sealed with a matte finish paper glaze for water resistance. Stars can be displayed indoors or outdoors in a covered area out of the elements. They can be displayed hanging or standing. Smaller ones are a really cute addition to a front door wreath.
Stars are available in four sizes: 8"x 10, 16", an 8" ornament, or a 16x27 primitive star.
