Dry skin, that's a HUGE problem for me especially in the winter time. My hands seems to be the hardest hit area, not only with the cold temperatures, but washing my hands several times a day after diaper changes and such. I had the chance to review a wonderful new hand cream from Weleda, they are innovators in organic skin and body care. Pomegranate seems to be the IN things lately and Weleda just introduced their new line of Pomegranate Regenerating Body Care products. I got to try the Pomegranate Regenerating Hand Cream. I have never tried Pomegranate anything, guess I'm not hip to the things that this little fruit has to offer. This hand cream had a very pleasant scent and was not greasy like some other lotions and hand creams I have tried in the past. It made my hands feel really soft and smooth and lasted quite a while. The great thing about this Pomegranate Regenerating Hand Cream is that it is skin renewing and reduces the signs of aging. Well, honey I'm not getting any younger so this is perfect for me. My skin feels pretty old sometimes like the rest of me, so this hand cream is a definite must have for me. I love that it is rich in antioxidants and rich essential fatty acids to restore that youthful beauty to your hands, not too many if any hand creams can say that. The organic pomegranate seed oil protects your hands from damage and it also contains organic shea butter as well. Tests by dermatologists show that Weleda Pomegranate Regenerating Hand Cream increases your skin's moisture by 34% and reduces roughness by 9.1% in just four weeks. That sounds great to me! I have used so many different lotions and hand creams recently trying to get rid of the dryness and rough, cracked hands. Some of them work, and some of them only mask the problem only to have the cracked chapped hands to return a short time later. I have been using this Weleda Pomegranate Hand Cream for a couple and weeks and my hands have never looked or felt better. Sure, the weather and hand washing still makes them dry but my hands are healthier and not cracked and raw as they have been. I would recommend this hand cream to anyone of any age.
