Eat Smart Digital Scale Review and Giveaway

I have been working really hard lately to lose weight. Yes, it has been a struggle as it usually is. I have been doing fairly good this time around, but once in a while I slip up, it just means I hard to work out even harder the next day. I have also been keeping track of what I eat, how often I exercise and weigh in weekly. That part has been so much easier for me since I received a wonderful Digital Bathroom Scale from Eat Smart. It shuts off automatically and takes 4 AAA batteries that are included with the scale. I really have used my scale quite a bit since I received it. The bathroom is a perfect place for it to, that way I can not only weight myself without any one else seeing, but I can keep it away from the kids so they don't play with it. The Digital Bathroom Scale from Eat Smart is so easy to use. All you have to do it tap it to get it started, step on, and wait a few seconds and voila, you have your weight! It makes it so much easier for me to be able to track my weight loss, which at this time is exactly what I need.
