Elvis 75-75th Anniversary CD Review and Giveaway

I love music, I am a fan of a lot of different types. I love Country, Jazz, Pop and Rock and Roll amongst others. Some of my favorites include: Alan Jackson, Coldplay, Miles Davis, Michael Jackson and of course the king of Rock and Roll: Elvis. Elvis Presley would have been 75 years old on January 8, 2010. Hard to believe he was taken from is so soon and for that matter that he has been gone for so long. People still head to Graceland every year to celebrate this treasured star and mark each birthday. I of course grew up listening to Elvis, my mom had every one of his records and even as little as I was back then, I really appreciated his music and still do to this day. I remember sitting back with my mother and grandmother and watching one Elvis movie after another, sometimes I still wish I could do that. My favorite Elvis movie is by far Blue Hawaii and I think that is my favorite song as well, although how can you pick ONE song from the vast catalog of music that this great man has? I can just imagine what more we all could have enjoyed from Elvis Presley had he stuck around a little longer.

I recently had the great opportunity to review the Elvis 75 CD that is a celebration of Elvis' 75th Birthday. This a a CD contains 25 Memorable Elvis songs and is definitely a must have for any true Elvis Presley fan. Songs included on this CD:
