Some Stuff Going On

Things have been really crazy for me lately.  I was supposed to go back to work for a two week stint, but now four weeks later and I am still there.  It is looking like I am going to be back to work permanently as the lady I am covering for is really sick and getting worse by the day.  We still don't know what is wrong with her, but she has lost 101 pounds in 9 months and looks extremely fragile and weak.  We are still awaiting CAT scans, MRI's, etc. to find out what is going on with her and I am praying for nothing but the best for her.  She has been a great family friend for a longtime now and I am really worried about her.

My oldest daughter had her first visit to the counselor the other day.  We have had some extreme behavioral problems with her lately and was recommended to a counselor to see if that would work.  She diagnosed her with Anxiety and ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder).  She gets these episodes where you can ask her to do the simplest things like "Make Your Bed" or "Brush Your Teeth" and this can set her off on an hour screaming and anger session, where she says a lot of mean things, etc.  We have all been very stressed as a family lately and hopefully we can get back to where we used to be, before it's too late.

So, with all that has been going on, blogging has kind of been out on the back burned just a bit.  Luckily for me, I am done with work for the week and will be able to try and play catch up a little.  Winners to be announced tomorrow as well as new giveaways.  Here is something else for you to check out:

Mommy2TwoGirls is one of the spotlighted blogs for the week!  Something exciting and makes up for a stressful week so far.  Special thanks to Kristin and Jaime over at Take It From Me for the recognition!

------Blog Spotlights of The Week-----
1.) Eloise from Mommy2TwoGirls writes: "I am a sports fanatic and part time working mommy to two beautiful little girls ages 7 and 23 months and have been married for almost 15 years to the love of my life and hard working hubby. My blog started out as an outlet to talk about being mommy but soon developed into a whole lot more. I love doing reviews and giveaways, not only informing my readers of great new products but sharing the reward as well. Blogging is like a third child, it is so much fun and I am so proud at what I have accomplished."

2.) Momma Teri from Mom to Bed by 8 writes: "I started Mom to Bed by 8 with a mission to help parents get the daily grind completed and be in bed with their children by 8pm. In all honesty it is hard to create a routine to get all of the cleaning, cooking and everyone read to and in bed by 8. Though once you find what works for you, it is completely possible. As parents we need our rest too! Currently we offer the same valuable topics as well as product reviews of all types. Right now we are honoring our daughters' birthday with a Divas Birthday Bash event."

What's neat about our Blog Hop:
-Put the same linky list code on your blog and you'll have the exact same list!
- Your blog visitors can add their blog to your list and it will show up on Everyones lists!

Thanks to all of my wonderful readers and followers for the continued support.  It really means a lot to me.  Have a wonderful evening! :)
