Bubble Chocolate Review and Giveaway

I like chocolate, I am no means a chocoholic or a chocolate lover, but I do like a piece of it once in a while as well as maybe a candy bar.  Too much chocolate gives me a headache, that's why I eat it in moderation.  I in no way have the chocolate ice cream over the double chocolate brownie topped in hot fudge, chocolate sprinkles, Oreos, and topped with chocolate whipped cream like the hubby does.  Even though he personally doesn't eat a whole lot of sweets, he is pretty partial to chocolate ice cream and chocolate malts, the more chocolate the better.  The oldest loves chocolate in any form and will eat a ton of it, if I let her that is, which is definitely not what I would even attempt to do.  I can't believe how many different chocolate bars and other varieties of chocolate that there is nowadays and even so many flavors like orange, raspberry, and strawberry.  I recently found a very unique and different chocolate that comes to you from Bubble Chocolate.  What exactly is Bubble Chocolate you ask?  Bubble Chocolate is literally bubbles wrapped in chocolate.  I have never experienced any chocolate quite like this before quite honestly.  This chocolate is light, airy, and if you just let it sit in your mouth or on your tongue, it completely melts in your mouth.

I was sent two Bubble Chocolate bars for review; one in Milk Chocolate (my fave) and one in Dark Chocolate.  I was really excited to try these bars as I had read and heard a lot of wonderful things about them.  It didn't take me too long to tear literally into the Milk Chocolate Bubble Chocolate bar!  This was a really delicious and smooth tasting chocolate bar and you don't have to eat a whole lot of it to satisfy your chocolate craving.  The suggested way to eat this chocolate is to break off a small piece and let it rest on your tongue, that way it becomes creamy and smooth, then you chew it,  This is really a totally different chocolate bar than you get in stores and I love the texture of it, breaking it open you can honestly see the bubbles and to me that is really cool.  I love that this chocolate has a different flavor than other chocolate bars that I have tried.  Hubby is a HUGE fan of Dark Chocolate, so he tore into that one and almost ate all of it by himself, he did give me a small piece so I could try it.  I am honestly not a huge fan of dark chocolate, but this was really good as well.  The oldest loves dark chocolate just like her dad and she really loved the bubbles.  These chocolate bars from Bubble Chocolate are really fun as well as delicious to eat.  Maybe one day, they will make me a special White Chocolate Bubble Chocolate bar, that would really be right up my alley for sure!

Bubble Chocolate's mission is to introduce a truly bold new taste and texture experience to the US confections marketplace.  Already thrilling millions of consumers worldwide for decades, chocolate-with-bubbles is now destined to captivate the sophisticated American cocoa palate as well.  It has 1/3 fewer calories per volume compared to other bars of the same size.

If you have had the good fortune of traveling outside the US from time to time, either on business or just for pleasure, most likely you would have discovered one of our European neighbors most treasured taste experiences...bubbles with chocolate (technically known as aerated chocolate).  Many years ago the folks at Bubble Chocolate developed a deep adoration for this chocolate's unforgettable sensation.  They kept waiting for it to arrive on the US shores, but it never came.  They finally decided to take matters into their own hands and made it readily available to all the discerning cocoa lovers in the US.
You can find Bubble Chocolate in select retailer such as Meijer, Whole Foods, Roundy's, Marshalls, TJ Maxx and many other and you can also order online HERE.
