JUARA Skincare Review and Giveaway

As you all know, I love finding new and innovative skin care, bath and body and makeup products.  As a blogger, I have been extremely fortunate enough to try new products that I would otherwise not have known about.  I have been able to find and review for companies that are small and just starting up, to companies that are growing and thriving.  I have found companies that have natural and organic products to bath and beauty products that are made from rich botanicals and feature a wide variety of moisturizers, body washes and lotions as is the case with the latest company that I am reviewing for.  JUARA Skincare provides it's consumers with a unique fusion of natural Indonesian skincare treatments of ancient royalty and modern science.  I was excited to try some of the great products that JUARA had to offer because these products were definitely going to be different than any of the other beauty products that I have been able to try in the past.  JUARA Skincare uses pure and powerful active botanicals to create products that are safe and gentle to your skin while focusing on your skin wellness and making it feel luxurious, sensual and elegant.  The nice people over at JUARA sent me a little variety of some of their most popular products as well as a little bottle of a new product that they have just come out with: Candlenut Shower Gel.  Here is what I received and my personal opinions on each product.

*Candlenut Hydrating Shower Gel-This gently foaming and hydrating shower gel contains nourishing candlenut oil to deeply moisturize, leaving skin velvety smooth and refreshed.  It thoroughly cleanses skin without overdrying, leaving it healthy and soft.  Candlenut oil is known for its hydrating power and signature velvet feel.  The fragrance is infused with the scent of lush greens, delicate freesia, white blooming jasmine, bergamot, and rose with just a slight hint of coconut to really delight the nose and tickle the senses.  Trust me, this body was does exactly what it describes.  I used it in the shower for three days in a row as I sometimes chance body washes to use different ones from day to day.  I sometimes find it hard to find a body wash to do exactly what I want it to.  Some I use dry out my skin, some the fragrance doesn't last, I just can never seem to find the balance.  This JUARA Skincare Candlenut Shower Gel is perfect because it combines softness and a delicately soft fragrance and is just a pleasure to use in the shower.  I can tell that this is going to be a very popular product in the JUARA Skincare line. 

*Candlenut Body Polish- This is an elegant yet creamy body polish with the classic scent of the Candlenut Shower Gel.  It refines and softens your skin in just one single use, but that doesn't mean to stop using it!  Natural shell grains gently lift off dead surface cells and dulling debris to reveal more radiant skin, priming it for the better absorption of the softening and hydrating power of the candlenut oil.  This Body Polish leaves a comfortable veil of moisture on the skin and can even be used outside the shower as a lotion so to speak on your dry skin to gently exfoliate.  I have never tried a body polish before, yes I have used a number of body scrubs and body butters, but this Candlenut Body Polish was different than those.  This was a creamy formula and the little "beads" that you see in it really do work wonders for the skin.  This smelled fantastic as well and made my skin feel the softest and smoothest that it has in quite a while.  I would HIGHLY recommend the JUARA product to anyone who has dry skin or even if you don't.  This product is magnificent.

*Sweet Black Tea & Rice Facial Moisturizer-This is JUARA Skincare's best seller and after using it, I can see why.  This hydrating moisturizer combines with a patented, clinically proven form of fermented sweet black tea (also known as Kombucha which is a drink that Hollywood has been buzzing about and can also be found at health food stores!) with nourishing rice bran oil.  I know what your thinking, fermented?  Don't worry, this facial cleanser doesn't smell bad at all and is surprising great for your skin.  The fermented sweet black tea is proven to significantly soften the skin and enhance skin radiance.  The rice bran oil is high in fatty acids as well as natural Vitamin E.  Regular use reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.  In this day and age, I am definitely realizing that I am not getting any younger and no offense to my adorable little girls, but the stresses of being mommy doesn't make my skin feel any younger either.  I have noticed those little lines underneath my eyes and have tried a lot of facial moisturizers, cleansers and toners to try to reverse the signs of aging.  This Sweet Black Tea & Rice Moisturizer is really a joy to use as it makes my face feel really soft all day, not just part of the day like some other cleansers that I have used.  It has a soft refreshing scent and is really light, definitely not heavy at all.  I really like this cleanser and have recommended it to a couple of my other mommy friends.

*Rice Facial Cleanser- This softening rinse-free cleanser combines gentle yet effective cleansing agents, which remove makeup and skin dulling debris with the conditioning benefits of rice starch.  Known for it's soothing and softening properties, rice starch helps prevent moisture loss by enhancing the skin's protective barrier.  This cleanser is also rich in amino acids and makes your skin feel incredibly soft.  I really enjoyed using this Rice Facial Cleanser.  It is a lot of fun to use new and unique products that I would never have thought about using before.  This cleanser made my face feel soft and smooth and really worked like a charm.
