Kitchen Table Bakers Aged Parmesan Crisps Review and Giveaway

I am a lover of cheese, all kinds of cheese. I love Blue Cheese, Cheddar, Swiss, you name it, I have never met a cheese that I didn't like. I also obviously love all things made of cheese: crackers, chips and cheesecake.I came across a great snack recently that I saw on a Rachael Ray show episode one day and was so curious that I had to contact the company for a possible review. The company is called Kitchen Table Bakers and if you were lucky enough to see the Rachael Ray episode, you know that their products were offered as snacks of the day. They have a delicious variety of Gourmet Wafer Crisps that are made entirely of cheese, that's it! There's no trans fat, sugar, wheat or gluten in this crispy, crunchy and delicious snacks, just 100% aged Parmesan Cheese. I was so excited to be able to try these, I couldn't wait to get them out of the package. The generous folks over at Kitchen Table Bakers sent me a bag of their Mini Crisps as well as a deli tub each of their Aged Parmesan and Sesame Crisps. Little one and I decided to try a few of the Mini Crisps together, She loved them and kept asking for more and I absolutely loved them as well. They are so crispy and crunchy and I kept wondering "How do they do this just with cheese?" This is a great snack on it's own or with a hot bowl of soup. Hubby put a couple in his salad for dinner one night in place of croutons. My favorite was definitely the Sesame flavored ones, but don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed all of the Parmesan Crisps from Kitchen Table Bakers. No wonder they won the sofi (specialty outstanding food innovation) Gold Award for their Mini Crisps in the Diet and Lifestyle Category last year. All of the crisps are a nutritious way of eating your cheese and a light, satisfying snack when you are craving something, but don't know exactly what you want. The Kitchen Table Bakers Aged Parmesan Crisps come in 9 spectacular varieties. The Mini Crisps retail for $3.99 and the 3 oz Deli Tubs retail for about $5.99. The flavors available are:

*Aged Parmesan
*Sesame
*Italian Herb
*Garlic
*Jalepeno
*Flax Seed
*Rosemary
*Everything
*Minis

Kitchen Table Bakers started making their Aged Parmesan Crisps on the philosophy that if you use only the highest quality and best tasting ingredients, you always end up with something delicious and nutritious. They took this and added it to their Healthy Lifestyle Diet and in the summer of 2003, created an All Parmesan Gourmet Wafer Crisps in their home at their Kitchen Table. They began by making one small batch, so they could have something to eat that would satisfy that need for crunch without sacrificing taste. They soon let their friends in on the secret and began making larger and larger batches. Soon they were going store to store, leaving samples with their phone number and before long their phones began to ring. The product ended up being a great success, a gourmet product that is also rich in calcium and protein and naturally low in calories and carbs.
