I love Mexican foods, it is definitely something I could eat everyday and never get bored from it. I got a chance to review some delicious salsas from Mrs Renfro's. I was sent the three salsas that I chose: Roasted Salsa, Mexican Mild Salsa and their 2010 Scovie Award for Product Excellence Winner-Pineapple Salsa. When we were asked to do the review, I turned to hubby, who absolutely loves salsa and asked him which ones he would like to try with me. His top pick was the Pineapple, mine was the Mexican and we met in the middle on the Roasted. We ended up having tacos for dinner a couple of nights after I received the package, so we broke into the Roasted Salsa first. Absolutely delicious and freshest salsa ever, honestly. You can tell that Mrs Renfro's uses the most natural and freshest ingredients to make their salsas. The flavors of the tomatoes, garlic, onions and peppers were amazing and the aroma of the salsa was tickling to the nose as well. A couple of days later, I tried the Pineapple Salsa and WOW! This is one tasty salsa, I could see and taste why it won the award. If you love pineapple, this is definitely the salsa for you. It has pineapple chunks, crushed pineapple and pineapple juice combined with the tomatoes and peppers for an irresistable salsa. I actually had to stop myself before I ate the whole jar, I had to share with hubby seeing as how this was supposed to be his salsa. He really enjoyed it too as well as the oldest daughter, who doesn't like salsa or tomatoes. She couldn't get enough! All I can say is thank goodness my local Meijer sells this salsa so I can go get more and stock up!
