I know I have said it before and I will say it again, I always love to try new sauces and marinades. I have been to the grocery store several times just to buy a different barbeque sauce or marinade especially in the summertime. I had the opportunity to do a review for a new product by the name of Chaka's MMM Sauce. I was sent a bottle of the Original MMM Sauce and the Zesty Recipe MMM Sauce. These sauces are so versatile becuase they can not only be used as a marinade, but as a spice that you can add to your meatloaf, stew, casseroles, chip dip or even a stir fry. You can also use it as a condiment like a steak sauce or on potatoes and also a saute sauce. I actually used the Chaka's Original MMM Sauce and marinated some chicken in it. I made a crock pot meal with it and simmered the chicken and vegetables in the sauce for a few hours. The result? It was absolutely delicious! The flavors of the soy sauce, garlic and onions with a hint of lemon and other spices really made for a flavorful meal. I was imagining what this sauce would taste like on chicken or steak that we cooked on the grill and could only imagine that it would taste just as good. This sauce is definitely something that I wished that was sold in our local stores because I would buy it regularly. Chaka's has a wide variety of products and the greatest part of all of these products are that they are fat free, sugar free and dairy free. I really love these sauces!
