Amy's Organic Soups Review and Giveaway

I love eating soup, to me there's nothing better on a cold, rainy and dreary day than having a nice hot bowl of soup.  Whether it be the classic chicken noodle or a hearty bowl of potato, cheese and broccoli, it is so comforting.  Today, there are so many great and healthy options that are not only good for you, but full of great flavor and low in calories and sodium.  I was surprised to also see that there are quite a few options of organic soups on the shelves of my store as well.  I have really been getting into organic and all natural things lately and soups are no exception.  I'm sure all of you have either heard or seen Amy's Kitchen foods in your local and national grocery stores.  Amy's has a line of delicious frozen entrees that are all organic as well as pasta sauces, salsas, veggie burgers, pizzas and of course soups.  I was excited recently to be sent three of Amy's Kitchen's soups from their extensive line, one being a brand NEW soup.  Personally, I have never tried any of Amy's Kitchen products before, so this was going to be a treat.  I was sent the following soups:
*NEW Organic Hearty Spanish Rice & Red Bean Soup-  This is a delicious combination of organic brown rice with organic red beans, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, corn and green chiles.  It is a robust and definitely fresh-tasting soup that is great for a light lunch or with a salad for dinner.  This was yummy for sure.  I love anything that has to do with southwestern cooking because I love the different combination of flavors that are going on throughout.  Tasting it and not knowing that it was organic, you really wouldn't know the difference.  This soup is so flavorful and made with fresh ingredients.  My hubby really loved this soup as well and said that the flavor was amazing.  I would definitely run out and buy this soup again and again.
*Organic Chunky Tomato Bisque- Amy's added tender chunks of vine ripened tomatoes to a smooth creamy tomato base to create a rich, full-flavored bisque.  Pair with a loaf of fresh bread or crackers for an easy and healthy lunch or anytime snack.  I am not huge on tomatoes, the only way that I like them is if they are in pasta sauce or ketchup, I don't normally eat anything that has big chunks or raw.  So, I had hubby taste this one for me and give me his honest opinion on it.  He loves anything when it comes to tomatoes, so I knew he would love this and he certainly did.  It looked good, you could see the spices and the huge chunks of tomatoes.  He said it was really flavorful and could definitely understand why it was one of Amy's Kitchen's best selling and popular soup.  He has since asked me to buy more for him.
*Organic Fire Roasted Southwestern Vegetable Soup- Organic fire roasted corn, onions, and green peppers are combines with fresh vegetables and black beans and mildly seasoned with green chiles and Southwestern spices.  Pair with a warm tortilla or a gooey cheese tortilla for a more substantial meal that the whole family will love.  Love I did!  It was absolutely the perfect meal and I did pair it with a grilled cheesy tortilla, it was perfect for dipping too.  I just love Southwestern flavors, there's something about the combination of corn and peppers mixed with onions and seasonings that just does the trick.  This soup was my favorite of the three and I am anxious for my hubby to try this one, no I didn't share this soup with him.
