I had the opportunity to try the Fiber One 50 Calorie yogurt in Peach flavor, and quite honestly Peach is not my favorite flavor of yogurt to eat. I tried a container and was really quite please with what I was tasting. Now I love a yogurt that has real fruit pieces and this had a bunch! Nice big and sweet pieces of Peach all throughout! It was hard to believe that I was actually eating something this delicious and that it was good for me too and only 50 calories?!
Fiber One 50 Calories yogurts come in4 packs of four delicious flavors: Strawberry, Peach, Vanilla and my absolute favorite Key Lime Pie.
Fiber One also has a great selection of other products as well including cereals, cereal bars, baking products, breads, muffins, toaster pastries. which are really delicious) , cottage cheese and lowfat shakes. I have tried several Fiber One products and I believe they are the best tasting of all the fiber products out there today, that's just my opinion!
