WAT-AAH Review and Giveaway

I recently got the opportunity to try a new innovative version of water for my kids by the name of WAT-AHH! First of all, I absolutely love the name, second this water is such a wonderful product for kids. My daughter took a bottle with her to school while we were on a field trip. That morning, I asked her which one she wanted to take, she told me the Brain WAT-AAH because she needed to think better. The Brain WAT-AAH contains absolutely no sugar, ultra purified water with electrolytes added. I tasted it also and it is a great tasting water, no after taste, no chemicals. My daughter thought she was something special that day, running around to all of her other little classmates showing them what she had. She loved it, and I felt confident that she was drinking it too! She also tried the Bones WAT-AAH which has no sugar, ultra purified water and magnesium added. This stuff is awesome and provides kids with the little extras that their bodies need. They also have a Body WAT-AAH that is just pure spring water with no chemicals and no sodium and an Energy WAT-AAH that is ultra purified water and contains energizing oxygen. This water is amazing and my daughter really loves it!

JUST THE FACTS
50% of our body weight is made of water and we can't function properly without it. Drinking water is absolutely essential because it helps our bodies maintain a healthy weight, it improves our attention span, concentration skills and appearance, reduces tiredness and irritation, and increase our capacity to exercise. It also is a vital part to our digestion and help our body get rid of waste.
Dehydration happens quicker among kids than adults. The reason for this is that their young bodies often have a higher surface area to body mass ratio. Kids lose water more rapidly via evaporation than adults. Kids also have less developed thirst mechanism sweating ability and kidney function than adults as well.

ABOUT WAT-AHH!
WAT-AAH was developed by mothers who wondered why their children always said no to water and why they decided to drink more sugary drinks. They decided to ask their own children how to convince them to drink more water? Their kids came back to say that where water is good, it is boring. Secondly, it needed a better name and their plan was simple. They kept screaming water over and over and it sounded like WAT-AAH! The concept was born!
The kids were excited about the concept they helped create and continued to help their moms. They had input in designing the bottle, choosing the black and neon colors, and greenlighting the boy with the big mouth logo on the label. They even starred in the first commercial. They worked hard to keep their moms on track about important stuff: health, hydration, bone growth, better brain function, and energy. Formulas were created all with one basic foundation..ultra pure WAT-AAH!

WAT-AAH IS ultra pure water containing the right amount of essential minerals to fortify and maintain children's health. WAT-AAH's mission is to reverse the established behavior and dependency on sweetened drinks among America's children and ultimately help fight the battle against childhood obesity and to teach kids that healthy bodies can be obtained through healthy hydration.

This fall, WAT-AAH is encouraging parents to take the "WAT-AAH Challenge". Pack WAT-AAH in your children's lunches and backpacks, an afterschool snack, bring them along for sporting events, or simply place in your fridge alongside sodas and juices. Moms and Dad will be asked to photograph or videotape their children's responses to WAT-AHH! What a fun product for kids! For us my kids participate in sports or dance to keep fit. My husband and I also try to run or other forms of fitness, to set a good example.

I have basically banned junk food and started us all on the course of healthy eating and exercise. It has been a bit challenging with the kids but now my oldest (9) has just signed up for her first marathon. This would be an awesome gift for her!
