Precious Moments Baby Boutique Review and Giveaway

I learned several years ago (7 to be exact) when I had my oldest daughter just how much work babies truly can be.  Being my first, I didn't know what to expect and had a hard time figuring things out.  I had read all of the books about how to take care of my little daughter when she arrived as well as internet articles, magazines and also getting tips from family members and friends, but nothing could prepare me for when she was actually here.  My goodness and all of the things that she needed!  From bottles to baby clothes, to tons of blankets and pacifiers, we had stuff everywhere.  At that time, we had a big house so we could hold everything, but the way things trickled from room to room was something to be desired.  I remember bringing the oldest home from the hospital: it was a beautiful fall day (she was born on the first official day of the fall season) and I wanted to sit outside with her for a little while.  Hubby brought a rocking chair outside for us and we sat out there for quite a while just enjoying the weather and me just getting used to being mommy.  It is really fun shopping for baby though and I had so much fun going yard sailing for discount items and clothes.  Hard to believe just how much stuff that there is out there nowadays to get for newborns and children.  The tiny little onesies and outfits, different kinds and styles of blankets from the plush to the ultra plush and receiving blankets and those cute little booties.  It was fun shopping the first time for the oldest, but shopping for little one was even better seeing all of the newer products that had come out.  My girls are 6 years apart, yes I waited for a little while in between, heck hubby and I waited seven years before we had the oldest.  I had always planned on never having children and where the oldest was a complete surprise, so was the little one.  There is something so special about shopping for the babes and I was excited to get the opportunity to check out a great new site where you can find some truly beautiful and hard to find things for your little bundles of joy.

I received an absolutely adorable Precious Moments Luxury Plush Blanket for review and was so delighted to get this for my little one.  She has a blanket that used to be white that she has had since she was about a year old and loves to drag it around with her wherever she goes.  Even though I have washed it so many times, it still has taken quite a beating to say the least.  This beautiful blanket from the Precious Moments Baby Boutique is super soft, high quality including stitching and of course a lovely picture of the Precious Moments kids on it.  I also love the brilliant pastel colors, they are very eye catching and gorgeous.  I also love that it is machine washable, which is something I will obviously have to do a least once a week the way little one loves to carry her blanket around with her.  When I received the blanket and took it out of the package, little one was very quick to grab it and has had it with her wherever she goes ever since.  Needless to say, I have replaced her old blanket with it and she loves to hop up in a chair with her daddy or I and snuggle every night and of course cover up with it at night too.  I love this blanket and would love to get a bigger size version of it for myself, it is that soft, plush and comfortable.  Little one is definitely in love with her new Precious Moments Luxury Plush Blanket and her older sister is jealous and sometimes tries to steal it, but little one will have none of that!  This blanket also coordinates with the with the Precious Moments Crib Bedding Collection so your little ones can have a brand new and very gorgeous crib to sleep and dream in!
