My oldest daughter who is 7 loves to have a nightlight in her room and has had so many over the years. I think her very first nightlight was a Dora one that she had for a couple of years before it got broke. Then she had a Princess one that she ended up giving to her sister shortly after she started school because she got a Dora alarm clock with a nightlight in it. We also have several nightights throughout the house so that if any of us have to get up in the middle of the night, we can find our way through the house without turning on all of the bright lights. I think nightlights are great because they calm a restless child, at least my girls, I guess they don't like the dark. Of course, my lovelies want their nightlights on all night. We were also sent the cutest Tyrannosaurus dinosaur nightlight that is in the bathroom especially for the oldest when she gets up in the middle of the night. OK, so it's for me too, because I always seem to get up and hate it being dark in the bathroom as well. These nightlights really brighten any room and are just absolutely perfect for the kids. I definitely wish I had found these a lot sooner, but glad I did now. My little one loves to play with her KinderGlo light during the day and loves to carry it around. These really are wonderful to say the least. As a parent, you really NEED one of these for your kids.
